Bangalore, India, June 18 to 20, 2015 —— Thermo King Asia Pacific Training Center held hand with Ingersoll Rand Engineering Technology Center (IRETC), together they carried out the service and sales training for Thermo King Authorized dealers along with Thermo King sales & service team in Bangalore, India. The training paved the way for TK-COOL series’ Indian market product launch.
A total 25 participants joined the India training, including the front-line sales, service staff and manager-level employees from Thermo King dealers and Thermo King sales & service team. The service training focused on installation and maintenance of the bus air-condition and truck refrigerating units, while the sales training mainly paid attention to the functions, features and selling points of the T-series and TK-COOL series bus products.
C. Gopalakrishnan, General Manager of YITI - an Indian dealer, said, “Indian market lacks service professionals for refrigeration and air-conditions. This training is exactly what we needed.” After the training, Srinivasan G.K, leader of product management and marketing, Thermo King India, also said, “The maintenance training for trucks and buses is very useful. We are looking forward to having further support from Thermo King Asia Pacific headquarter.”
